FelyFurs Returns and Refunds Policy

Return and Refund Policy:

Returns Policy: You have the option to return any item purchased within 15 days of the delivery date. After this period, we unfortunately cannot accept returns or issue refunds.

Return Policy:
- Items must be returned in the same condition as received.
- All returns must include the original tag still attached to the item. Removing the tag will make the item ineligible for return or refund.
- The item must be unused, unwashed and in its original packaging.

Return Procedure:
- Please contact our Customer Service within 15 days of delivery to initiate the return process.
- We will provide you with detailed instructions on how to ship the item back.

Shipping Costs for Returns:
- The shipping costs for returning the item are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part (for example, receiving a defective item or a different item than the one ordered).

Reimbursement:
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If your refund is approved, then it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Ineligible Items:
- Any item returned without the original tag attached will not be eligible for return or refund.
- We do not accept returns of items damaged due to customer misuse.
