- Order Processing: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days of receiving cleared payment. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
- Order Confirmation: Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your shipping details and a tracking number.
2. Delivery Times
- Italy: Domestic deliveries usually take 3-5 working days.
- Europe: International deliveries within the European Union generally take 5-10 working days.
- Rest of the World: International deliveries outside the European Union may take 10-15 working days, depending on the destination.
3. Shipping Costs
- Italy: Standard shipping within Italy is free for orders over €100. For orders under this amount, shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.
- International: International shipping costs vary based on destination and package weight. Exact costs will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
4. Shipping and Deliveries
- Couriers Used: We work with reliable couriers such as DHL, UPS and Poste Italiane to ensure your order arrives safely and promptly.
- Shipment Tracking: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number that will allow you to monitor the status of your shipment in real time.
5. Shipping Problems
- Delays: If there is a delay in delivery, we will do our best to inform you promptly. However, we are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as customs, weather, or other logistical issues.
